Rate the Pain

Find out how intense a headache (or pain) you have, and give it a rating.

On a scale of zero to ten, with ten being most painful, how much pain is there in your head?

Look at the thermometer on the left, and see where you think your level of pain would be.

If it's hard for you to imagine a number for the rating, guess. Your intuition will usually be right.

This number is NOT a diagnosis! It is just a reference point so when you're done with this short process you'll be able to see where you came from, and what progress you've made towards feeling better.

Make sure you write your first rating number down.
